Thermal-insulation fireproof light mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of building materials, and relates to thermal-insulation fireproof light mortar and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: treating low-grade limestone to obtain high-calcium lime; and mixing the high-calcium lime with vitrified fine sand, modified shell powder and cement to prepare the thermal-insulation and fireproof light mortar. After the mortar is used as plastering mortar, a flat surface and a vertical surface can reach 3mm or below, gypsum plastering is not needed; the heat conductivity coefficient of the mortar reaches 0.73 W/m <2>.K; the mortar has good thermal insulation effect and good fire resistance and enables the compressive strength of a wall surface to reach 20MPa; and the mortar can be used as thin-layer masonry mortar and also can be used as plastering mortar.
