The invention discloses a soil anchor rod construction process. The process comprises the following steps that S1, mechanical equipment and materials enter a construction site; S2, an anchor rod bodyis manufactured; S3, anchor hole positioning is conducted; S4, hole drilling and hole cleaning are conducted; S5, the anchor rod body is placed in; S6, primary grouting is conducted; wherein primary perfusion slurry is a microbial liquid, the microbial liquid is composed of bacillus pasteurii S.pateurii and a culture solution, every 1 L of the culture solution contains 5-15 g of a yeast extract, 2-8 g of sodium chloride, 10-30 g of urea, 0.3-0.8 mg of ferric citrate and 0.4-0.7 mg of sodium molybdate, and the pH value of the microbial liquid is adjusted to be 7.5-8; S7, secondary grouting is conducted; and S8, tertiary grouting is conducted. According to the method, the bonding strength between the hole wall (soil body) of a drilled hole and a grouting body can be improved, the anchoring force is high, the damage of the soil anchor rod is effectively avoided, and the construction safety is improved.
