The invention provides a soil-restoring seepage-preventing structure. The soil-restoring seepage-preventing structure comprises a soil-retaining wall and a curtain. According to the soil-restoring seepage-preventing structure, civil engineering construction preparation work is conducted on one side of the soil-retaining wall, and it is guaranteed that laying work is started after the site is levelled. A smooth site is arranged on one side of the soil-retaining wall, concrete pouring is conducted, and a concrete layer is formed. After the concrete layer is air-dried and condenses, composite geo-membranes are arranged on the top of the concrete layer in a laid manner, and a composite geo-membrane layer is formed. After laid arrangement of the composite geo-membrane layer is completed, residue soil is stacked on the top of the composite geo-membrane layer, and a residue soil layer is formed. A sampling port is formed in the side, close to the soil-retaining wall, of the residue soil layer. After the residue soil layer is compacted and filled, a processing layer is arranged on the top of the residual soil layer in a laid manner. A control cabinet is arranged on the side, close to the soil-retaining wall, of the processing layer in the process of being laid. After laying arrangement of the processing layer is completed, a cultivating layer is arranged on the top of the processing layer in a laid manner. A steel frame is fixedly connected to the top of the cultivating layer. A workshop is fixedly connected to the bottom of one portion of the steel frame. According to the soil-restoring seepage-preventing structure, a multi-layer structure is arranged by using different materials, and a seepage-preventing restoring process is guaranteed.
