The invention provides a port garbage and oil contaminant recovery conveyor belt based on a remote-controlled cleaning vessel. The recovery conveyor belt comprises floating bodies, and a conveyor beltsystem is installed between the floating bodies; the conveyor belt system comprises a longitudinal skeleton, and the two ends of a corresponding transverse skeleton are fixedly provided with lateraltee adapters; the lower ends of the lateral tee adapters are perpendicular to a second transverse skeleton, and are provided with squeezing rollers; the outer side ends of the lateral tee adapters areinstalled on a support frame in a penetrating mode, and synchronous wheels on the same side are connected through a double-layer synchronous belt; the double-layer synchronous belt is divided into anupper layer and a lower layer which are connected with an outer-layer conveyor belt and an inner-layer conveyor belt separately, and a plurality of separating plates are fixedly installed on the outside surface of the inner-layer conveyor belt; the outer-layer conveyor belt is an oil absorption cotton layer, and the part, located below the longitudinal skeleton, of the outer-layer conveyor belt penetrates through the squeezing rollers. According to the technical scheme of the recovery conveyor belt, the recovery conveyor belt is designed in a dual-layer mode, and simultaneous recovery of garbage and oil contaminant is achieved; the working efficiency is improved greatly, and oil contaminant recovery equipment does not need to be purchased additionally; and the operating cost of the company is reduced, and the economic benefit is improved.
