Preparation method of hydrophobic low-carbon tuff cementing material
The invention discloses a preparation method of a hydrophobic low-carbon tuff cementing material, which comprises the following steps: firstly, performing pre-hydrophobic treatment on slurry, uniformly mixing a hydrophobic agent with an alkali activator, then mixing with tuff powder, stirring to obtain tuff cementing material slurry with initial hydrophobicity, and curing the slurry; and uniformly smearing a layer of water repellent agent on the surface of the material subjected to curing treatment, and continuing curing treatment to obtain the low-carbon tuff cementing material with super-hydrophobicity on the surface and in the matrix. According to the invention, surface modification and matrix modification are combined, and by means of a high-temperature curing process, the interface bonding capacity of the water repellent agent and the material is obviously improved; meanwhile, materials with different hydrophobic effects are obtained by adjusting preparation conditions, so that the tuff cementing material is suitable for different engineering conditions. According to the preparation method, the tuff solid waste can be effectively utilized, and erosion of water and a salt solution to the material is inhibited, so that the durability of the tuff cementing material is improved.
本发明公开了一种疏水低碳凝灰岩胶凝材料的制备方法,首先进行浆体预疏水处理,将疏水剂与碱激发剂混合均匀,再与凝灰岩石粉混合,搅拌处理后得到具有初步疏水性的凝灰岩胶凝材料浆体,将该浆体进行养护处理;然后在养护处理后的材料表面均匀涂抹一层疏水剂,继续养护处理后得到表面与基体内部均具有超疏水性的低碳凝灰岩胶凝材料。本发明将表面改性与基体改性相结合,借助高温养护过程,显著提高疏水剂与材料的界面粘结能力;同时通过调节制备条件,获得不同疏水效果的材料,使凝灰岩胶凝材料适用于不同工程条件。本发明中的制备方法能够有效利用凝灰岩固体废弃物,并抑制水与盐溶液对材料的侵蚀,从而提高凝灰岩胶凝材料的耐久性能。
