Prefabricated tramcar roadbed and track integrated structure and construction method
The invention discloses a prefabricated tramcar roadbed and track integrated structure and a construction method. The prefabricated tramcar roadbed and track integrated structure comprises track beams, pile foundations and track, wherein the track beams are all prefabricated track beams; the pile foundations are all prefabricated tubular piles; the prefabricated track beams are all of reinforced concrete structures; an adjusting device is arranged between the upper end of each prefabricated tubular pile and the corresponding prefabricated track beam; each adjusting device is provided with a connecting plate, and is connected with the corresponding prefabricated track beam through the connecting plate; and the upper side of each prefabricated track beam is connected with the corresponding track through a plurality of fasteners. During construction, firstly, a road surface is broken, a road groove is excavated, and the prefabricated tubular piles are constructed; then, the adjusting devices are installed; the prefabricated track beams are hoisted; each connecting plate and a corresponding embedded steel plate are tightly fixed through welding; and finally, the tracks are erected, andthe corresponding fasteners are installed. The prefabricated tramcar roadbed and track integrated structure and the construction method have the advantages that the construction period is shortened;the construction enclosure time is shortened; the influence on the surrounding traffic and the resident trips is reduced; and particularly for soft soil areas, post-construction settlement can be effectively reduced through prefabricated piles.
本发明公开了预制的有轨电车路基轨道一体化结构及施工方法,包括轨道梁、桩基础和轨道;轨道梁均为预制轨道梁;桩基础均为预制管桩;预制轨道梁均为钢筋混凝土结构;每一预制管桩的上端与相应的预制轨道梁之间均设有调节装置;每一调节装置上均设有连接板,并通过连接板与预制轨道梁连接每一预制轨道梁的上面均通过若干扣件与相应的轨道连接。施工时,首先破除路面、开挖路槽,施工预制管桩;然后安装调节装置,吊装预制轨道梁并通过焊接将每一连接板与相应的预埋钢板紧固定;最后架设轨道,并安装相应的扣件。本发明缩短施工周期,减少施工围挡时间,降低对周边交通和居民出行的影响,特别是对于软土地区,预制桩可有效减少工后沉降。
