Combined type isolation pile enabling tunnel to laterally penetrate through building and reinforcing construction method thereof
The invention provides a combined type isolation pile enabling a tunnel to laterally penetrate through a building and a reinforcing construction method thereof. The combined type isolation pile comprises a plurality of combined type isolation pile bodies; the combined type isolation pile bodies are used for being arranged between building foundations of a newly built tunnel and an adjacent tunnelin a row and are arranged in the axial direction of the newly built tunnel to form a separating wall structure; each of the combined type isolation pile bodies comprises a reinforcement cage and a grouting body; the reinforcement cage comprises a plurality of annular rebars and longitudinal rebars welded with the annular rebars ; during the grouting process, an auxiliary steel plate is used to divide a pipe body into a hard part, a soft part and a hard part in the directions of being close to the building and the pile center and close to the tunnel direction, so that plenty of raw material canbe saved, economy is realized, the work amount is reduced, and the construction period is shortened; and the isolation pile bodies are arranged in rows to form an equivalent three-layer (hard-soft-hard) separating wall, so that the strength of the soil mass around the pile bodies is effectively improved, building vibration caused by blast working is effectively reduced, and the construction safety of an adjacent building is ensured.
本发明提供了一种隧道侧穿房屋的复合式隔离桩及其加固施工方法,包括多个复合式隔离桩用于成排布置于新建隧道和邻近隧道的房屋地基之间,多个复合式隔离桩沿新建隧道的轴线方向设置,形成隔离墙结构;复合式隔离桩包括钢筋笼和注浆体,钢筋笼包括多个环向钢筋和与其焊接连接的纵向钢筋;在注浆过程中使用辅助钢板,使得成桩后,桩体分为三个部分,沿靠近房屋、桩中心、靠近隧道方向分为“硬”、“软”、“硬”三个部分,可以大量节省原材料,既经济又可减少工程量,缩短工期;且隔离桩成排设置,形成等效三层(硬‑软‑硬)隔离墙,有效增加桩体周围土体强度,有效减少爆破施工引起的房屋振动,保障邻近房屋建筑安全。
