The invention relates to a cement soil state contrast test method for cement soil continuous steel wall construction. The cement soil state contrast test method comprises the following steps: gettingrelated soil layers needed for test observation according to soil layer conditions of a construction site to separately prepare cement soil slurry of each layer in two cement slurry proportions, and determining gear number of transverse insertion boards of test boxes according to number and thickness of the soil layers needed for test observation on the site; filling the bottommost layer of cementslurry prepared in the first cement slurry proportion into a position from the bottom of the test box I to the transverse insertion board at the upper layer, filling the bottommost layer of cement soil slurry prepared in the second cement slurry proportion into a position from the bottom of the test box II to the transverse insertion board at the upper layer, and separately filling each layer ofcement soil prepared in two cement slurry proportions into the test box I and the test box II to fill up, insert and lock related transverse insertion boards alternatively in sequence; alternatively pulling the transverse insertion boards layer by layer for making cement soil slurry at each layer in the test box I and the test box II be directly in contact, finally comparing and observing a changerate of cement slurry at each layer under two different cement slurry proportions until initial setting, photographing and recording.
本发明涉及一种水泥土连续钢墙施工水泥土性状对比试验方法,首先根据施工场地土层情况取需试验观测相关土层按两种水泥浆液配比分别制备各层水泥土浆液,根据场地需试验观测土层数及厚度确定试验箱体横向插板档数;把第一种水泥浆液配比制备好的最底层水泥土浆液装入试验箱一底部至上层横向插板位置,把第二种水泥浆液制备好的最底层水泥土浆液装入试验箱二底部至上层横向插板位置,依次交替把两种水泥浆液配比制备的各层水泥土分别在试验箱一和试验箱二中装满和插紧锁住相关横向插板;然后交替逐层抽取横向插板使得试验箱一和试验箱二中各层水泥土浆液直接接触,最后对比观测两种不同水泥浆液配比下各层水泥土浆液变化状态直至初凝,拍照并做好记录。
