Building block regenerating device utilizing building waste for production
The invention relates to a building block regenerating device utilizing building waste for production. The building block regenerating device comprises a smashing shell and a second electric sliding rail. The front side and the rear side of the smashing shell are sequentially connected with a first motor, an oscillation motor and a support through screws, a handle is fixed to the side, away from the central axis of the smashing shell, of a magnetic attraction block, a forming shell is connected to one side of the lower end of the smashing shell, and a third motor and a water spraying pipe arefurther sequentially installed above the forming shell from inside to outside. The building block regenerating device has the beneficial effects that according to the building block regenerating device utilizing the building waste for production, the building waste is smashed more thoroughly through two times of smashing of powder grinding of a crushing frame, meanwhile, metal in the waste is alsosucked out, thus the utilization rate of the waste is increased, the device can also weigh the smashed waste, and calculate accurately for adding water and auxiliary materials, meanwhile, the deviceis convenient to clean, blocks can also be directly transported to the next procedure, and thus manpower is saved.
本发明涉及一种利用建筑废弃物生产的再生建筑块材装置,包括粉碎外壳和第二电动滑轨,所述粉碎外壳的前后两侧通过螺丝依次与第一电机、震荡电机和支架相连接,所述吸磁块远离粉碎外壳中轴线的一侧固定有把手,所述粉碎外壳的下端一侧连接有成型外壳,且成型外壳的上方由内到外依次安装又有第三电机和喷水管。本发明的有益效果是:该利用建筑废弃物生产的再生建筑块材装置,通过破碎架粉磨两次粉碎把建筑废弃物粉碎的更加彻底,同时也会把废弃物中的金属吸出,增加废弃物的利用率,该设备也能够对粉碎后的废弃物进行称重进行计算准确的进行添加水和辅料,同时该设备便于清洗也能够把块材直接运输到下一程序节省人力。
