PHC anchor pile head reinforcing method for static load test of offshore high-pile wharf pile foundation
The invention discloses a PHC anchor pile head reinforcing method for a static load test of an offshore high-pile wharf pile foundation. The method comprises the following steps that before the test,pile head concrete cutting and chiseling are conducted on a PHC anchor pile, and leveling is conducted by using cement mortar; steel hoop machining is conducted, a hoop end plate is punched, and the hoop end plate and a steel hoop are fixed; and the hoop end plate is punched for penetration of a prestress steel bar in the PHC anchor pile, the steel hoop is placed on the leveled PHC anchor pile head, then an anchorage device and a clamping piece are used for anchoring, and finally a static load test auxiliary beam and the steel hoop are fixed. According to the method, the problem that an offshore large-diameter PHC anchor pile is difficult to anchor can be effectively solved, and compared with a traditional pile head reinforcing mode, a large amount of early-stage work is conducted on the land in advance, so that ship machine use is effectively reduced, manpower is saved, and pile head reinforcing material input is reduced.
本发明公开一种海上高桩码头桩基静载试验用PHC锚桩桩头加固方法,包括步骤:试验前对PHC锚桩进行桩头混凝土切割、凿除,并用水泥砂浆进行找平;进行钢套箍加工,对套箍端板进行开孔,并将套箍端板与钢套箍进行固定;使套箍端板开孔能穿过PHC锚桩内预应力钢棒,将钢套箍放置在已经找平的PHC锚桩桩头上,然后使用锚具和夹片进行锚固,最后进行静载试验副梁与钢套箍固定。本发明不仅能有效的解决海上大直径PHC锚桩锚固困难的问题,较传统的桩头加固方式,通过提前在陆地上做大量前期工作,有效减少船机使用,还节省了人力,减少了桩头加固材料投入。
