The invention discloses a method for judging pile head damage in a foundation pile static load test. The method comprises the following steps: installing equipment required by the static load test; setting the total number of load applying stages; calculating a target load control value applied by each stage of load, and applying the load through an oil pump; calculating a pile displacement change average value and a pile pressure change average value recorded each time within the current-level load applying time; and calculating a judgment value ki and an oil pump loading rate, and performing oil pump power early warning and pile damage early warning according to the judgment value ki and the oil pump loading rate. According to the method, oil pump power and pile damage can be distinguished and early warned, and the later load time can be estimated.
