The invention provides a wall body PC component containing heat preservation decoration. The wall body PC component comprises an anchoring part, a decoration layer, a heat preservation layer and a main body structure layer. The decorative layer and the main body structure layer are attached to the two sides of the heat preservation layer respectively; the anchoring part comprises an anchoring connecting rod, two fastening sealing parts, a first anchoring head and a second anchoring head; a through hole is formed in the thermal insulation layer; the two fastening sealing pieces are connected with the anchoring connecting rod at the two ends of the through hole respectively to seal the through hole. The first anchoring head and the second anchoring head are respectively connected with two end parts of the anchoring connecting rod; a reinforcement cage is arranged in the main body structure layer; and the second anchoring head is fixedly connected with the reinforcement cage. The invention further provides a preparation method of the wall PC component containing the thermal insulation decoration. A new technical direction is provided for the PC component of the composite building wall, the integration capacity of the PC component of the fabricated building wall is improved, material machining waste and labor consumption are reduced, and the development of the fabricated building industry is promoted.
