The invention provides a high-altitude cleaning device. The high-altitude cleaning device comprises a suspension track and a moving platform slidably connected with the suspension track; the moving platform is provided with a traveling track and a moving sliding table slidably connected with the traveling track; and a cleaning assembly is arranged on the moving sliding table. When the high-altitude cleaning device is used, the suspension track is fixed to an outer wall of a building or to-be-cleaned equipment, preliminary position adjustment is conducted by controlling a driving wheel set to slide along the suspension track, and then position adjustment is further conducted by controlling the moving sliding table to slide along the traveling track so that the to-be-cleaned position can beaccurately positioned; and besides, through the high-altitude cleaning device, the labor intensity of workers is greatly lowered, the working efficiency is high, and the high-altitude operation risk can be effectively reduced.
