The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, in particular to a brick making process of electric heating tube sintered sludge. The method comprises the following steps that electric heating pipes are inserted into transverse heat conduction pipes and a vertical heat conduction pipe; the sludge is injected from an opening in the upper end of a mold box, and a vibrating table is started to vibrate the sludge uniformly; the vibrating table is closed, and an electric heating tube is started to sinter the sludge; after sintering is completed, the air cylinder pulls the transverse heatconduction pipes out of a box body, and a transmission mechanism drives the bottom wall to move upwards to push sintered bricks out of the box body; and finally, a worker holds the pushed bricks andpulls the bricks out of the box body. According to the brick making process, the electric heating tube is adopted to sinter the sludge, equipment and production flow are simplified, sufficient sintering is realized, and the sludge can be easily taken out of the mold after being sintered into the bricks.
