A method for preparing a lead-free thin film material through phase change induction comprises the steps: firstly, preparing a BCT-BMT precursor solution, spin-coating a Pt(111)/TiOx/SiO2/Si(100) substrate with the obtained BCT-BMT precursor solution, and thus obtaining a wet film; drying, pyrolyzing and annealing the obtained wet film to obtain a layer of BCT-BMT thin film; and repeating the above steps to prepare the multi-layer BCT-BMT thin film. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is relatively simple and is a convenient and rapid preparation technology.
