The invention discloses an adjustable laying treatment device for a plastic runway. The device comprises a mounting box, a mounting cavity is formed in the mounting box, a stirring mechanism is arranged in the mounting cavity, an adjusting mechanism is arranged in the mounting cavity, a stirring box is fixedly mounted on the upper end wall of the mounting cavity, and a stirring cavity is formed inthe stirring box. The lower end of the stirring box is fixedly connected with a telescopic pipe capable of stretching up and down. The extrusion height can be adjusted according to needs, so that thethickness of laid plastic is changed, when the plastic is laid on the ground, residual water spots and small particle impurities on the ground are removed by driving a shoveling block, and the groundis dried; and normal plastic laying is prevented from being influenced by residual moisture on the particle impurities and the humidity problem of part of the ground.
