The invention provides a construction method of a large-span hemispherical concrete structure inner formwork supporting device. The construction method comprises the following steps that a plurality of pieces of arc-shaped profile steel and a plurality of arc-shaped stainless steel plates are prefabricated in a factory; a plurality of sets of inwards-concave stainless steel wall plates are assembled and welded on a construction site, and each set comprises a plurality of stainless steel wall plates with the same size; the multiple stainless steel wall plates in each set are sequentially connected end to end and welded to form an annular inner formwork; the multiple annular inner formworks are sequentially welded from bottom to top to form a hemispherical inner formwork; and finally, the hemispherical inner formwork is hoisted on the top of a building through a hoisting device to form an inner formwork. By the adoption of the scheme, when large-span hemispherical concrete structure inner formwork supporting construction is difficult, the construction difficulty can be greatly lowered by adopting the device and the construction method; meanwhile, the device has certain rigidity and strength, and the integrity of the structure is further enhanced; and modular construction is adopted, a large amount of work is transferred to the ground to be completed, and the safety risk is lowered.
本发明提供了一种大跨度半球形混凝土结构内模板支撑装置的施工方法,包括以下步骤:工厂预制弧形的若干型钢和弧形的若干不锈钢板;在施工现场组装焊接若干组内凹的不锈钢壁板,每个组均含有若干个相同尺寸的不锈钢壁板;将每个组内的若干不锈钢壁板依次首尾相连焊接形成环形内模板;将多个环形内模板从底部到顶部依次焊接形成半球形内模板;最后使用起吊装置将半球形内模板吊装在建筑物顶部形成内模板。采用本方案,在大跨度半球形混凝土结构内模板支撑施工困难时采用本装置和施工方法能够极大的降低施工难度,同时,本装置本身就具备一定的刚度和强度,进一步加强结构的整体性,采用模块化施工,将大量的工作转移到地面完成,降低了安全风险。
