Staged and movable subway interval tunnel shield segment reinforcing structure
The invention relates to a staged and movable subway interval tunnel shield segment reinforcing structure. The reinforcing structure comprises a ballast bed lower-portion pre-buried arc-shaped component and ballast bed upper-portion detachable arc-shaped components; 'staged' means that the ballast bed lower-portion pre-buried arc-shaped component is pre-buried between a shield segment and a ballast bed in advance to be subjected to integral pouring together with the concrete ballast bed, and after tunnel shield construction is completed, in a section affected by external interference, the ballast bed upper-portion detachable arc-shaped components (3, 4, 5, 6 and 7) and the pre-buried ballast bed lower-portion pre-buried arc-shaped component (2) are connected and sealed to form an integralring structure to play a reinforcing role; and 'movable' means that after external interference factors are eliminated, the arc-shaped components at the part above the ballast bed can be detached andmoved to a next section to continue to conduct reinforcement. By means of the staged and movable subway interval tunnel shield segment reinforcing structure, damage of reinforcement operation to the ballast bed can be avoided, later-period diseases of a tunnel are reduced, and operation can be flexibly implemented according to uncertainty of external interference factors.
本发明涉及一种分阶段可移动式地铁区间隧道盾构管片加固结构,该加固结构包括道床下部预埋圆弧形构件和道床上部可拆卸圆弧形构件;所述“分阶段”指预先在盾构管片和道床之间预埋道床下部预埋圆弧形构件,与混凝土道床整体浇筑,隧道盾构施工完成后,在受外部干扰区段,道床上部可拆卸圆弧形构件(3,4,5,6,7)与预埋的道床下部预埋圆弧形构件(2)连接封闭形成整环结构起到加固作用;所述的“可移动式”指外部干扰因素消除后,可将道床以上部分圆弧形构件拆除,并移动到下一区段继续实施加固。本发明能避免加固操作对道床的破坏,减少隧道的后期病害,还可以根据外界干扰因素的不确定性而灵活实施操作。
