Six rows of evenly-distributed detection box bodies are arranged in the fixed box body, six detection box bodies are arranged in each row, the lower end of each detection box body is fixedly connected with a first electromagnet, and the upper end of each first electromagnet is fixedly connected with a first spring. The parking charge device can automatically achieve the functions of timing charge and automatic parking on vehicles in parking lots, according to different distances of four wheels of a vehicle, the direction of the vehicle is judged by detecting the distances, and therefore the vehicle is rotated to the parking direction, a parking platform and the vehicle are transported to the parking position together through a storage cavity, and the vehicle can be effectively and safely parked without vehicle starting and manual control.
