Fabricated column positioning grouting device and method
The invention discloses a fabricated column positioning grouting device and method, and belongs to the field of buildings. The method comprises the following steps of S1, pre-embedding a positioning device at the bottom of a vertical central shaft of a structural column, and enabling a positioning pipe on the positioning device to exceed the bottom of the structural column so as to obtain a fabricated column; S2, embedding a positioning steel plate into the concrete surface, hoisting the fabricated column to the position above the positioning steel plate, erecting an inclined strut device, andthen fixing the positioning pipe in the positioning device to the positioning steel plate; S3, erecting a fence device on the outer wall of the fabricated column; and S4, performing grouting from a grouting pipe till grout overflows from an exhaust pipe, and fishing grouting. According to the fabricated column positioning grouting device and method, by arranging the positioning device, positioning can be conducted during on-site grouting, and the requirements for the position and perpendicularity of the positioning pipe are met; and by arranging the positioning steel plate with an identifier,secondary correction positioning is carried out, and the flatness of a poured product is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种装配式柱定位灌浆装置及方法,属于建筑领域,其包括以下步骤:步骤一:在结构柱垂直中轴底部预埋入定位装置,定位装置上的定位管超出结构柱的底部,得到装配式柱;步骤二:在混凝土面埋入一定位钢板,将装配式柱吊装至其上方,架设斜撑装置,然后将定位装置中的定位管与定位钢板固定;步骤三:在装配式柱外壁架设围挡装置;步骤四:从注浆管进行注浆,直至排气管溢浆,灌浆结束。本发明通过设置定位装置,能够对现场灌浆时进行定位,保证定位管的位置和垂直度的要求;通过设置带有标识的定位钢板,进行二次校正定位,保证浇灌后产品的平整性。
