Steel slag cement stable structure and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a steel slag cement stable structure and a preparation method thereof. The steel slag cement stable structure comprises dry materials, water and binders: the dry materials include cement, steel slag, crushed stone, fine sand and fly ash, and the dry materials are calculated by weight percentage, the following components in percentage by weight: 4-6% of cement, 45-65 wt% of steel slag; 20-30 wt% of broken stone; 5-10 wt% of fine sand; and 10-15 wt% of fly ash. The invention provides the steel slag cement stable structure and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing 5 wt% of cement, 55 wt% of steel slag, 20 wt% of broken stone, 10 wt% of fine sand, and 10 wt% of fly ash by virtue of a stirring device, adding aproper amount of water and an adhesive into a mixture, then uniformly stirring, and arranging steel slag with different sizes to be matched with broken stones, fine sand, cement, fly ash and the adhesive, so that the structure of a raw material piece can be combined more tightly and stably, and has relatively high strength, impermeability and frost resistance; and the product has strong temperature and humidity adaptive capacity, and the quality of the whole structure is improved.
本发明提供一种钢渣水泥稳定结构及其制备方法。所述钢渣水泥稳定结构,包括干料、水以及粘合剂:所述干料包括水泥、钢渣、碎石、细沙和粉煤灰,且干料按重量百分比计,各组分的占比为:水泥:4‑6%wt;钢渣:45‑65wt%;碎石:20‑30wt%;细沙:5‑10wt%;粉煤灰:10‑15wt%。本发明提供的钢渣水泥稳定结构及其制备方法具有通过将将水泥、钢渣、碎石、细沙和粉煤灰干料按水泥:5%wt;钢渣:55wt%;碎石:20wt%;细沙:10wt%;粉煤灰:10wt%通过搅拌装置进行混合均匀并向其中添加适量的水和粘合剂然后搅拌均匀,通过设置不同大小的钢渣配合碎石和细沙、水泥、粉煤灰和粘合剂,可以使原料件结构结合更加的紧密稳固,具有较高的强度,抗渗度和抗冻性好,适应温湿度能力墙,提高整体结构的质量。
