Steel slag aluminoferrite cement and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to steel slag iron aluminate cement and a preparation method thereof. The steel slag iron aluminate cement is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40%-75% of iron aluminate cement clinker, 20%-40% of high-alkalinity steel slag, 5%-25% of gypsum, 0.1%-2% of a nano nucleating agent, 0-20% of limestone, 0-20% of slag, 0-20% of fly ash and 0-20% of metakaolin. The high-alkalinity steel slag is used in the low-alkalinity aluminoferrite cement, on one hand, hydration of the steel slag is accelerated through a hydration induction effect, so that the gelling activity of the steel slag is fully exerted, and bad expansion is eliminated; on the other hand, the high alkalinity characteristic of the steel slag is utilized to overcome the defects that the alkalinity of the aluminoferrite hydrated slurry is relatively low and the activity excitation effect on the auxiliary cementing material is relatively weak, so that the activity excitation on the auxiliary cementing material is realized, and various benefits of utilizing solid wastes, reducing carbon emission, increasing durability and the like are realized.
