Energy-saving recycled asphalt mixture and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an energy-saving recycled asphalt mixture and a preparation method thereof. The recycled asphalt mixture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-7 parts of new asphalt, 58.2-135.8 parts of stone, 30-70 parts of an old asphalt mixture, 1.8-4.2 parts of mineral powder, 0.29-0.67 part of basalt fibers, 0.29-0.67 part of polyester fibers, 0.06-0.14 part of polyethylene wax, 0.195-0.455 part of a warm mixing agent and 1.95-4.55 part of a regenerant. The preparation method of the recycled asphalt mixture comprises the following steps: mixing all the raw materials at the temperature of 140-160 DEG C, stirring for 15-20 minutes at the rotating speed of 300-500 r/min, and uniformly mixing to obtain the energy-saving recycled asphalt mixture. The recycled asphalt mixture disclosed by the invention uses a large amount of old asphalt mixture, so that resource recycling is realized to a large extent, resources are saved, meanwhile, the high pavement performance is kept, the viscosity is low, the temperature during mixing and forming is reduced by 35 DEG C or above, emission of harmful gas such as greenhouse gas and asphalt smoke is reduced, energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved, and the production and construction operation environment is greatly improved.
