The invention discloses a preparation method of a recycled asphalt mixture. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, weighing asphalt, an asphalt recycling agent, a waste asphalt mixture and a new aggregate for later use; S2, carrying out heat preservation treatment on the waste asphalt mixture and the new aggregate; S3, adding the asphalt and the asphalt regenerant into the stirring kettle for stirring; and S4, adding the waste asphalt mixture having been subjected to heat preservation treatment in the step S2, and continuously stirring the waste asphalt mixture and the new aggregate to obtain the regenerated asphalt mixture. The recycled asphalt mixture disclosed by the invention has good compressive strength and fatigue resistance.
