The invention relates to the technical field of wind driven generator tower drums, and particularly relates to a fixed tower drum transfer platform. The fixed tower drum transfer platform comprises aplurality of prefabricated tower drum ring pieces, a mixed section transfer platform, apron boards and bracket supporting guide pieces, wherein the mixed section transfer platform is arranged to be acircular ring; an opening allowing personnel to enter and exit is formed in the mixed section transfer platform; a turnover door is arranged on the mixed section transfer platform and mounted at the opening; the plurality of apron boards are arranged along the periphery of the mixed section transfer platform; and a plurality of platform guide devices are arranged on the periphery of the mixed section transfer platform at equal intervals. According to the fixed tower drum transfer platform, a stable operation environment is provided for construction workers of a transfer section, and potentialsafety hazards of climbing personnel in the fan maintenance ascending and descending process and cable releasing are avoided. Stress damage to a tower drum mold and the ring pieces can be reduced; theworkers have the stable operation and rest environment; the availability of an elevator unit in the operation and maintenance process is increased; and potential safety hazards in the climbing process are avoided.
