The invention relates to a platform for installing a wind power concrete tower drum. Comprising a framework assembly, a platform assembly, a fence assembly and a hoisting installation assembly. The framework assembly comprises a middle framework device, and a plurality of groups of first extending arm devices and two groups of second extending arm devices are inserted on the middle framework device in a sliding manner; the lengths of the first extending arm device and the second extending arm device are adjustable; the platform assembly comprises a fixed platform structure and a detachable platform structure, and the detachable platform structure is detachably connected with the first extending arm device and the second extending arm device; the fence assembly comprises a fixed fence installed on the middle framework device and further comprises a plurality of sets of movable fence devices installed at the outer ends of the first extending arm devices and the second extending arm devices respectively. The guardrail iron chain is arranged between the fixed guardrail device and the movable guardrail device; the lifting installation assembly comprises a plurality of sets of platform lifting rings and further comprises a plurality of sets of hanging structures installed at the outer ends of the first extending arm device and the second extending arm device. The method can meet the continuous installation operation requirement of the large-diameter wind power concrete tower drum, and is high in applicability.
