High-temperature high-pressure gas-liquid combined sintering device and method
The invention discloses a high-temperature high-pressure gas-liquid combined sintering device which comprises a vacuum system (1), a gas distribution pressurization system (2), a waterway protection system (3), a reaction sintering system (4) and an overall monitoring system (5). The invention further discloses a high-temperature high-pressure gas-liquid combined sintering method using the sintering device and other applications of the sintering device. According to the high-temperature high-pressure gas-liquid combined sintering device and method, high-temperature and high-pressure gas and high-temperature and high-pressure liquid isostatic pressing combined sintering equipment and process are innovatively invented, the overall sintering time can be remarkably shortened, the high-temperature performance of a sintered material is improved, the service life of the sintered material is prolonged, the production cost is reduced, and therefore, the material can be used under more harsh environmental conditions.
