High-temperature high-pressure sintering system using fluid method
The present invention relates to a sintering device for sintering metal, ceramic, etc. in a sintering method, which can reduce energy consumption. The sintering device of the present invention comprises: a yoke guide frame stably seated on the ground; a yoke frame installed to be guided to a guide rail; a yoke frame moving device for moving the yoke frame; a sintering chamber container installed in a fixed frame for a sintering chamber container; a lift device for opening and closing a lower portion; a lift device for opening and closing an upper portion; and a fluid supply device for supplying a pressurization fluid and a heating medium fluid to the sintering chamber container.
본 발명은 금속, 세라믹 등을 소결방식으로 소결시키는 소결장치에 관한 것이며, 상세하게는 유체로 고온, 고압이 조절되는 방식으로 이루어진 고온 고압 소결장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 소결장치에 있어서, 지면에 안정적으로 안착되고, 소결챔버용기용 고정프레임과 요크프레임용 가이드 레일이 구비된 요크가이드 프레임과; 상기 가이드 레일에 안내되도록 설치된 요크프레임과; 상기 요크가이드 프레임의 일측에 설치되어 요크프레임을 이동시키도록 이루어진 요크프레임 이동장치와; 상기 소결챔버용기용 고정프레임에 설치되며, 요크프레임에 형성된 용기 삽입부에 안착되도록 이루어진 소결챔버용기와; 상기 소결챔버용기용 고정프레임의 일측에 설치되어 소결챔버용기의 하부덮개를 상하로 이동시키도록 이루어진 하부개폐용 리프트장치와; 상기 요크프레임의 상부 일측에 설치되어 소결챔버용기의 상부덮개를 상하로 이동시키도록 이루어진 상부개폐용 리프트장치와; 상기 소결챔버용기에 가압용 유체와 열매체용 유체를 공급하도록 이루어진 유체공급장치를 포함하며, 상기 소결챔버용기는 원통형의 압력소결챔버용기와, 상기 압력소결챔버용기의 온도조절을 위하여 외주면 둘레에 형성된 히팅유체용 챔버와, 상기 히팅유체용 챔버 내에서 압력소결챔버용기의 외주면에 감겨진 장력용 와이어를 포함하는 형태로 이루어져, 가압용 유체를 상기 원통형의 압력소결챔버용기 내에 공급하여 압력을 상승시키고, 열매체용 유체를 히팅유체용 챔버에 공급하여 온도를 조절하도록 이루어짐을 특징으로 하고 있는 유체방식을 이용한 고온 고압 소결장치로 이루어진다.
