The invention discloses a deep foundation pit support system and a construction method, and relates to the technical field of foundation pit support. The device comprises steel piles which are arranged along the side wall of a foundation pit at intervals in a staggered mode, enclosing purlins are fixed to the two side faces of each steel pile respectively, a top beam is fixed to the top of each steel pile, and a supporting base is clamped between the top of each steel pile and the bottom of the top beam; a base matched with the steel pile is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the steel pile, an anchoring part penetrates through the base, and the steel pile is fixedly connected with the base through the anchoring part. Multiple adjusting rods are hinged to the side faces, away from the steel piles, of the enclosing purlins. According to the foundation pit enclosure system, the steel piles which are arranged at intervals in a staggered mode serve as main fixing piles, the supporting bases are arranged at the tops of the steel piles and used for fixing the top beams, and the bases with the anchoring parts penetrating through are arranged at the bottoms of the steel piles and serve as bases, so that the whole enclosure system is installed more firmly, and the stability of the whole enclosure system is improved; and all parts forming the whole enclosure system can be detached after being used, so that the parts in the enclosure system can be recycled.
