The invention relates to a freeze-thaw-resistant concrete admixture and freeze-thaw-resistant concrete using the same. The admixture comprises rubber powder, sodium sulfate, ethylene glycol, sodium formate, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and lignocellulose. The concrete comprises cement, fly ash, nickel powder, nickel stone, common stone, sand, water, an air entraining agent, an expanding agent and a freeze-thaw-resistant admixture. According to the invention, the nickel powder and the nickel stones are used for replacing stones, so that the cost is greatly reduced; the freeze-thaw resistance is good and durable, the strength is high, and the manufacturing process is simple; the durability is good; and complementation and grading of the advantages of the composite multifunctional components are achieved, optimization is achieved, the internal structure of the concrete is compact, and the freeze-thaw resistance is improved.
