The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses freeze-thaw resistant concrete. A mixture of the freeze-thaw resistant concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1200 to 1260 parts of coarse aggregate, 680 to 700 parts of fine aggregate, 180 to 220 parts of modified steel slag particles, 260 to 280 parts of Portland cement, 104 to 112 parts of water and 2.6 to 2.8 parts of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, wherein the modified steel slag particles are steel slag aggregate with paraffin adsorbed on the surface. The modified steel slag particles play a foam stabilizing role, bubbles generated by the polycarboxylate superplasticizer are collected and stored, breakage of the bubbles is reduced, the actual gas content of the concrete can be increased, and the freeze-thaw resisting effect of the concrete is improved.
