Foundation of beam body precast yard and processing method thereof
The invention provides a foundation of a beam body precast yard. The beam body precast yard comprises a beam manufacturing area, a transverse moving area, a tensioning area and a beam storing area, wherein the foundation of the beam manufacturing area, the foundation of the transverse moving area and the foundation of the tensioning area each comprise an automatic mold table foundation and an automatic mold table backfill foundation which extend in the bridge direction; the automatic mold table backfill foundation is located below the automatic mold table foundation, and the foundation of thebeam manufacturing area and the foundation of the tensioning area are further provided with reinforcing piles; and the beam storing area comprises a beam storing table base and a beam storing table base backfill foundation which extend in the bridge direction, and the foundation of the beam storing area is correspondingly provided with reinforcing piles. According to the foundation of the beam body precast yard, the bearing capacity of the beam body precast yard can meet the construction requirement of a beam body, and meanwhile, the reinforcing piles are adopted for reinforcing the foundation, the foundation processing efficiency is improved, the bearing capacity of the precast yard at the soft foundation position is improved, the influence of uneven settlement deformation of the foundation on the precast quality of the beam body can be reduced, and the yield of the precast beam body is increased.
