Preparation process of cement clinker
The invention relates to a preparation process of cement clinker, in which a drying and crushing device is used. The drying and crushing device comprises a drying cylinder, a vibration screening unitand an auxiliary unit, the auxiliary unit is arranged at the lower end of the drying cylinder, and the vibration screening unit is arranged on the inner wall of the right end of the drying cylinder. According to the preparation process, an annular screening net is driven to extend and deform so that the screening net is fed in a reciprocating manner to throw away raw material blocks adhered to thesurface, and the problem that the raw material blocks are deposited on the surface of the screening net to block meshes due to the fact that the raw material blocks are adhered to the screening net due to self-adhesion is solved; and by deforming and vibrating the multiple-layer screening net, the collision frequency between the raw material blocks and the screening net is increased, and the crushing efficiency of the raw material blocks is improved.
