The invention provides a cement clinker. The cement clinker is prepared from a raw material formed by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 88-92 parts of low-grade limestone; 4-8 parts of sandstone; 1-5 parts of coal gangue; 1.5 to 3.5 parts of sulfuric acid residue; the content of calcium oxide in the low-grade limestone is 30-40%; the content of magnesium oxide is 15-20%; the aluminum rate of the cement raw material is controlled; meanwhile, the position of a coal pipe in the raw material calcining process is adjusted to control the length of a high-temperature zone and the calcining temperature to prepare the cement clinker, and the content of free calcium in the cement clinker is 0.4-0.9%; the qualified rate reaches 98% or above, and the daily output reaches 5320 tons.
