Cement clinker and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to a cement clinker and a preparation process thereof, and belongs to the technical field of cement preparation. The cement clinker is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 65%-68% of limestone, 4.5%-6% of sandstone powder, 7.5%-8.5% of fly ash, 4%-5.5% of converter slag, 8%-10% of carbide slag and 8.00%-12% of magnesium slag. The preparation process comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials according to the weight ratio; drying and grinding the mixed raw materials to obtain a raw material; the raw material is conveyed to a five-stage preheater through a kiln elevator to be preheated, the preheated raw material enters a decomposing furnace through a discharging pipe to be decomposed, and hot raw material powder is obtained; and putting the hot raw material powder into a rotary kiln for calcining to form the cement clinker. The cement clinker is produced by using the waste magnesium slag, so that the pollution of the magnesium slag to the environment can be reduced, and the heat consumption from raw materials to the clinker can be reduced to a certain extent.
