The invention discloses a preparation process of recycled concrete aggregate, and relates to the technical field of building materials. The method comprises the following steps: pre-treating the obtained recycled concrete aggregate, namely removing impurities and crushing the aggregate to obtain crushed aggregate; the obtained crushed aggregate is subjected to graded screening, specifically, a three-stage screening mode is adopted, and then three-stage aggregate is obtained; in the aggregate grading screening process, dust on the surface of the aggregate is blown away through wind power; cleaning the obtained crushed aggregate to further remove residual dust and acid liquor on the surface of the aggregate, and standing and drying for 2.5-3.5 hours after cleaning; and drying to prepare the required recycled concrete aggregate. The recycled concrete aggregate is subjected to multi-stage treatment, the treatment completion degree is higher, meanwhile, the concrete aggregate is subjected to specification classification in a three-stage screening mode, the concrete aggregate with different sizes can be effectively utilized, and the utilization efficiency is high.
