The invention discloses a connecting device of a fabricated precast concrete member. The connecting device comprises four upper shells, lower shells are arranged on the lower surfaces of the four upper shells correspondingly, first limiting sliding blocks are arranged on the adjacent sides of the upper shells and the lower shells correspondingly, first limiting sliding blocks are welded to the front surfaces of the upper shells and the front surfaces of the lower shells correspondingly, and the outer side walls of the first limiting sliding blocks are connected with the inner side walls of first limiting sliding grooves in a sliding mode. The upper shells and the lower shells are combined and assembled on the first limiting sliding grooves through the first limiting sliding blocks according to the number of steel bars on the prefabricated concrete member, then the steel bars on the prefabricated concrete member are clamped, unified grouting is conducted on the steel bars on the prefabricated concrete member, time and labor are saved, the stability between the upper shells and the lower shells is improved, the grouting effect on the steel bars on the prefabricated concrete member isimproved, meanwhile, an arc-shaped plate is matched with a spring to clamp a grouting pipe, and the labor intensity of workers is relieved.
本发明公开了一种装配式预制混凝土构件的连接装置,包括四个上壳体,四个所述上壳体的下表面均设有下壳体,所述上壳体和所述下壳体相邻的一侧均开设有第一限位滑块,所述上壳体和所述下壳体的前表面均焊接有第一限位滑块,所述第一限位滑块的外侧壁与所述第一限位滑槽的内侧壁滑动连接,根据预制混凝土构件上的钢筋个数,将上壳体和下壳体通过第一限位滑块在第一限位滑槽上组合拼装,然后对预制混凝土构件上的钢筋进行夹持,对预制混凝土构件上的钢筋进行统一灌浆,省时省力,且提高上壳体与下壳体之间的稳定性,提升对预制混凝土构件上钢筋的灌浆效果,同时通过弧形板配合弹簧对灌浆管进行夹持,减轻了工作人员的劳动强度。
