本发明涉及一种部分无粘结灌浆波纹管预制拼装连接结构及施工方法,包括主筋、金属波纹管和套管,其中主筋端部需锚固于承台或盖梁中;金属波纹管预埋于承台或盖梁中,金属波纹管内部压填有密实填料实现与主筋的锚固连接;金属波纹管中靠近接缝侧一定长度的主筋涂覆有防腐润滑脂,外套相应长度的套管,并在套管两端用柔性密封胶作水封处理,且在桥墩浇筑前采用弹簧夹进行固定,以此在主筋上构成主筋无粘结段。与现有技术相比,本发明可缓解接缝处的应力集中,使接缝周围主筋屈服长度延长,提高预制拼装桥墩的延性性能和耗能能力,同时降低主筋在接缝处的应变率,提高疲劳性能;整个连接结构施工简单,易于操作,经济性强,便于推广和应用。
