The invention relates to the field of bridge construction and particularly relates to a slip form construction method for cast-in-place of a large-span simply supported beam. The method comprises thefollowing steps of A, constructing a bracket: erecting the bracket in a first construction area, and mounting a trolley on the bracket; B, template installation, wherein the side template is placed ona trolley; C, reinforcing steel bar manufacturing and mounting; D, prestressed pipeline installation; E, pouring concrete; F, demolding; G, the same support being built in the second construction area, and the side formwork being pushed to the support in the second construction area through a trolley; and H, after the supports in the first construction area are disassembled, the supports being transported to the third construction area to be built, after the bridge in the second construction area is constructed and formed, the side formworks being pushed to the supports in the third construction area through the trolleys, and by parity of reasoning, bridge construction of the multiple construction areas being completed. According to the method, the bridge construction progress is accelerated, and construction cost is reduced.
