Large-span cast-in-place simply supported beam combined support steel slip form construction method
The invention discloses a large-span cast-in-place simply supported beam combined support steel slip form construction method which is used for construction of a large-span simply supported beam in bridge construction, cast-in-place of the simply supported beam is achieved through a slip form mechanism moving horizontally, the working efficiency of casting of the simply supported beam can be greatly improved, and the construction period of the large-span cast-in-place simply supported beam is shortened. The method mainly comprises the steps of supporting system mounting, sliding module assembling, correcting, pouring, demolding, sliding module longitudinal moving and correcting, the processes are continuously repeated till the corresponding construction length is completed, a large-span simply supported beam can be subjected to pouring forming, the integrality of a finally obtained product is good, the position of a bottom mold in the used sliding module is not changed, and the construction period is shortened. The outer side mold slides on the track lower than the plane of the bottom mold, during mold splicing, the outer side mold is lifted and supported by the jack, and during demolding, a finished product and the outer side mold can be separated only by moving the jack downwards, so that the mold splicing and demolding processes are simpler, and use is more convenient.
本发明公开了一种大跨度现浇简支梁组合式支架钢滑模施工工法,用于桥梁施工中大跨径简支梁的施工,通过水平运动的滑模机构实现来进行简支梁的现浇,能够大大提高简支梁浇筑的工作效率,主要通过支撑体系安装‑拼装滑模块‑校正‑浇筑‑脱模‑滑模块纵移‑校正,不断重复上述流程,直到完成对应的施工长度,能够对大跨径的简支梁进行浇筑成型,最后得到的产品整体性好,而且所使用的滑模块中的底模位置不变,外侧模在低于底模平面的轨道上滑动,进行拼模的时候,外侧模用千斤顶进行抬升并提供支撑,脱模时仅需要向下运动千斤顶就可以将成品与外侧模分开,因此拼模、脱模过程更加简单,使用更加方便。
