The preparation method comprises the following steps of: mixing a waterproof agent, a bloom-forming cyanobacteria extracting solution, a surfactant, a binder, a dispersing agent and an early strength agent, heating and stirring, and cooling to room temperature after stirring to obtain a mixed solution; and adding an exciting agent into the mixed solution, stirring and heating, then adding a water reducing agent, stirring and heating, and cooling to room temperature after heating is finished, so as to obtain a target product. The usage amount of the bloom-forming cyanobacteria extracting solution in the soil stabilizer exceeds10%, and an effective way is provided for recycling of bloom-forming cyanobacteria.
本发明公开了一种用于道路基层的土壤固化剂及其制备方法，属于市政工程建设材料领域。本发明将防水剂、水华蓝藻提取液、表面活性剂、粘结剂、分散剂和早强剂混合后在进行加热搅拌，搅拌结束后冷却至室温得到混合液；在混合液中加入激发剂，进行搅拌加热，之后加入减水剂并搅拌加热，加热完毕后冷却至室温即可得到目标产品。本发明土壤固化剂中水华蓝藻提取液的使用量超过10％，为水华蓝藻的资源化利用提供了一个有效途径。
