The invention provides a suspension bridge main cable anchoring system under a bedrock deep burying condition and a construction method. An anchor chamber and anchor cables are arranged; an anchor wall is positioned on the anchor chamber; the anchor chamber is positioned on a foundation through a pile foundation; the lower ends of the anchor cables are anchored in the rock mass, and the upper endsof the anchor cables are anchored on the anchor wall; and the lower end of the main cable disperses the cable strands and then the dispersed cable strands are uniformly anchored on the anchor wall, and arranged corresponding to the anchor cables. The anchor chamber and the anchor cables are adopted, the anchor cables are docked with the cable strands of the cable to directly bear the tension of the cable; and the structure is more reasonable in stress, safer and more reliable; the whole anchoring system is simple in structure and convenient to construct, can be suitable for various geologicaland topographic conditions, can be used as foundation engineering of anchorages, and is more convenient to construct when rock is exposed out of the ground; the system can greatly reduce material andenergy consumption, is small in influence of construction on the environment, accords with the development direction of environmental protection, has better social, economic and environmental benefits, has a good market prospect, and is suitable for wide popularization.
