Protective coating composite coating structure for concrete in dry-wet alternating area and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a protective coating composite coating structure for concrete in a dry-wet alternating area and a preparation method of the protective coating composite coating structure. A composite coating comprises a silane dipping layer, an epoxy primer layer, a putty layer, an epoxy intermediate paint layer and a finish paint layer which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside. The method comprises the steps that surface treatment of a concrete matrix is divided into basic treatment, light treatment and heavy treatment; the coating process comprises the following steps: coating the surface of a concrete matrix with a paste silane impregnant to form a silane impregnation layer, coating the surface of the silane impregnation layer with an epoxy primer to form an epoxy primer layer, filling the defects on the surface of the epoxy primer layer with putty to form a putty layer, and coating the surface of the putty layer with epoxy intermediate paint to form an epoxy intermediate paint layer; and brushing finish paint on the surface of the epoxy intermediate paint layer to form a finish paint layer. The structure can achieve long-term protection of concrete in a dry-wet alternating area, and it can be guaranteed that the service life of concrete engineering reaches or even exceeds the design requirement. The method can improve the corrosion resistance of the concrete, and can meet the requirement of people for long-acting corrosion resistance of the concrete structure.
一种干湿交替区混凝土的防护涂装复合涂层结构及其制备方法,结构:复合涂层包括由内到外依次设置的硅烷浸渍层、环氧底漆层、腻子层、环氧中间漆层及面漆层。方法:混凝土基体表面处理,分为基本处理、轻处理和重处理;涂装为:用膏状硅烷浸渍剂在混凝土基体表面涂刷形成硅烷浸渍层,在硅烷浸渍层表面涂刷环氧底漆形成环氧底漆层,用腻子在环氧底漆层表面上的缺陷处进行填补形成腻子层,在腻子层表面涂刷环氧中间漆形成环氧中间漆层;在环氧中间漆层的表面涂刷面漆形成面漆层。该结构能实现干湿交替区混凝土的长久保护,能保证混凝土工程使用寿命达到甚至超过设计要求。该方法能提高混凝土防腐蚀能力,可以满足人们对混凝土结构长效防腐的要求。
