The invention relates to a real-time control method for displacement of a protected object during pipe roofing method construction, and belongs to the field of pipe roofing method construction in thecivil engineering field. The method comprises the following steps of a) marking an isolation area (1) between a construction surface and the protected object (4); b) placing a bag (2) in a soil body in the isolation area (1); c) containing a fluid (3) in the bag (2); d) applying stress to the soil body on the outer side of the bag (2) through the fluid (3) in the bag (2) to compensate stress lossgenerated by construction; e) controlling the displacement of the protected object (4) by compensating the stress loss of the soil body on one side of the protected object (4); and f) replacing or partially replacing the fluid (3) in the bag (2) with solids. The displacement of the protected object (4) can be controlled in real time, construction influence can be completely eliminated, zero-displacement pipe roofing method construction is achieved, the cost is low, the quality is controllable, and the safety and reliability are high.
