The invention discloses a construction method of a red mud-based expressway pavement base, which comprises the following steps: 1) dividing an expressway subgrade into a plurality of construction sections, and establishing a template; 2) injecting a red mud-based highway base material into the template, and preliminarily leveling to a preset height; and 3) rolling and watering the preliminarily leveled pavement base layer to form a pavement base layer; wherein the red mud-based expressway base material comprises active red mud, fly ash, lime, an excitant and water, and the active red mud is prepared by calcining red mud. According to the construction scheme of the red-mud-based expressway pavement base course, the expressway base course pavement meeting the standard requirement can be prepared, a large amount of accumulated red mud can be utilized, meanwhile, application of cement in road engineering can be reduced, and the purposes of protecting the environment and saving the engineering cost are achieved; and market application prospect is wide.
本发明公开了一种赤泥基高速公路路面基层的施工方法，包括以下步骤：1)将高速公路路基划分为若干施工工段，搭建模板；2)将赤泥基高速公路基层材料注入模板中，初步整平至预定高度；3)对初步整平的路面基层进行碾压，洒水，形成路面基层；其中，赤泥基高速公路基层材料包括活性赤泥、粉煤灰、石灰、激发剂和水，活性赤泥是由赤泥经煅烧后制得。本发明提出一种赤泥基高速公路路面基层的施工方案，可以制备得到出符合标准要求的高速公路基层路面，不但可以大量地利用堆积的赤泥，同时也有利于减少道路工程中水泥的应用，达到保护环境和节省工程成本的目的，市场应用前景广阔。
