The invention discloses an intelligent roof greening device in the building field. The intelligent roof greening device comprises an overhead roof, planting flat pavement surfaces are flatly laid at the left side and the right side of the position, close to the front portion, of the upper surface of the overhead roof, a base table is installed at the position, close to the rear portion, of the upper surface of the overhead roof, and lower fences are fixedly connected to the left side and the right side of the upper surface of the base table; and upper fences are welded to the top ends of the lower fences, and a first climbing frame is arranged at the inner sides of the four sets of upper fences. According to the intelligent roof greening device in the building field, when liquid flows in ablade disc, turbine blades can be driven to rotate, the turbine blades are in butt joint with turbine blade mounting openings, the turbine blade mounting openings can rotate along with the turbine blades under the rotation of the turbine blades, and therefore a cavity pipe is driven to rotate; and when the cavity pipe rotates, a disc can be driven to rotate along with the cavity pipe, so that liquid sprayed by a spray head can be sprayed in an umbrella shape.
