Main cable strand traction system and traction method thereof
The invention discloses a main cable strand traction system. The main cable strand traction system comprises a bearing cable, a puller, a traction cable and a winch. Two ends of the bearing cable arefixedly arranged respectively, the puller is provided with a roller, the roller slides along the bearing cable, and the puller is used for being connected with a main cable strand to be pulled. The pulling cable is connected with the puller, and the pulling cable and the main cable strand are located on the two opposite sides of the puller respectively. The winch is connected with the traction cable and pulls the puller to slide through the traction cable, so that the puller pulls the main cable strand to move. The invention further discloses a main cable strand traction method. According to the main cable strand traction system and the traction method thereof, traditional traction steel wire rope construction is divided into the bearing cable and the traction cable which are constructed separately, a traditional large winch can be replaced with a small winch, structures such as a small portal, a small guide wheel and a large guide wheel in traditional construction are omitted, the system is simple in structure and low in cost, the stress is clear, and the traction is stable.
