The second guide wheel is used for being arranged at the position, close to the cable buckling beam end, of the arch bridge, the winch is used for being arranged below the cable buckling tower, and the steel wire rope is connected with the cable driving sports car through the traction rope so as to drive the cable driving sports car to slide towards the cable buckling tower end along the installed steel strand when moving. The traction system can realize synchronous traction construction of a plurality of to-be-mounted steel strands, and the mounting efficiency of the buckle cable is improved.
