The invention discloses regenerated geopolymer mortar as well as a preparation method and application thereof. According to the preparation method, the regenerated geopolymer mortar is prepared from regenerated micro-powder and regenerated fine aggregate which are subjected to high-temperature heating modification; a rehydration effect is generated after the regenerated micro-powder and the regenerated fine aggregate are subjected to the high-temperature heating modification, so that new CSH gel is generated; the regenerated fine aggregate and old cement mortar attached to the surface of the regenerated micro-powder are peeled off, so that the purpose of strengthening is achieved; and the regenerated fine aggregate and the regenerated micro-powder are matched with each other to jointly improve the mechanical property of the regenerated geopolymer mortar. The regenerated geopolymer mortar disclosed by the invention has good compression resistance and fracture resistance, and can be widely applied to constructional engineering.
本发明公开了一种再生地聚物砂浆及其制备方法和应用,本发明利用经过高温加热改性的再生微粉和再生细骨料制备再生地聚物砂浆,再生微粉和再生细骨料经过高温加热改性后,产生再水化效应,产生新的C‑S‑H凝胶;并且使再生细骨料和再生微粉表面附着的旧水泥砂浆剥离,从而达到强化的目的,而再生细骨料和再生微粉之间相互配合,共同提高再生地聚物砂浆的力学性能。本发明的再生地聚物砂浆具有很好的抗压和抗折性能,可广泛应用于建筑工程中。
