The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to geopolymer recycled mortar with a fiber orientation structure and a preparation method of the geopolymer recycled mortar. 100 to 300 parts of fly ash; 100 to 300 parts of mineral powder; 50 to 150 parts of an alkali activator; 4 to 10 parts of a retarder; 80 to 200 parts of water; and 0-80 parts of fiber. The mortar is prepared by the following method: weighing the raw materials meeting the particle size requirement according to the batch feeding amount, and mixing the recycled fine aggregate, the fly ash, the mineral powder, the alkali activator, the retarder, the fiber and the water; the mixture is put into a high-pressure injection molding instrument, and after the high-pressure injection molding instrument is filled, the mold is detached from the molding instrument; and putting the removed mold into a standard curing chamber for curing, then removing the mold, and putting the test block back to the standard curing chamber for continuous curing to obtain a product. The fibers are doped into the geopolymer regenerated mortar, the fibers in the mortar are promoted to be arranged and oriented in the flowing direction by using a high-pressure injection molding instrument, and the tensile strength of the mortar in the orientation direction and the bending resistance of the mortar in the vertical orientation direction are improved.
